12 years on frames and mechanisms, 5 on tops and lighting, 2 on electronics, lifetime repair on bags.

Our warranty is a promise about how long a thing should last, not a legal minimum. It runs from the delivery date, applies to the original purchaser, and is in addition to your statutory rights — in the EU that is a two-year conformity guarantee that nothing here replaces.

What is covered
- —Manufacturing defects and premature failure under normal use.
- —Motors, gas lifts, controllers, switches, zips, buckles and seams.
- —Labour and shipping both ways, within the EU.
What is not covered
- —Normal wear — the patina on a vegetable-tanned mat, softening foam, faded felt.
- —Damage from accidents, misuse, modification, or exceeding the stated load limits.
- —Consumables: batteries after 500 cycles, keycaps, PTFE mouse feet, earpads.
- —Commercial use of products sold for the home, at reduced terms — contact us for a contract quote instead.
Spare parts
We stock every serviceable part for at least 8 years after a product is discontinued, and we sell them to anyone — you do not have to be the original buyer, and you do not have to be in warranty. A Quietude battery is VS-4001-B at €19.00; a Cove castor set is VS-2001-C at €24.00.
