We ship from a single warehouse in Rotterdam with DHL. Orders placed before 15:00 CET on a business day are dispatched the same day; everything else goes the next business day. You get a tracking link by email the moment the label is scanned.

Large items
Desks, chairs and floor lamps ship on a pallet or as two-box freight and are quoted separately at checkout, from €29.00 within the EU. Transit is 3–8 business days and the carrier calls to arrange a window.
Room-of-choice delivery is €39.00 and available for Netherlands, Belgium and Germany addresses. Standard delivery is to your front door only — the driver is not permitted to carry items upstairs.
Duties and taxes
EU prices include VAT at the Dutch rate and there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States and Canada orders ship DAP: import duty and local tax are collected by the carrier before delivery and are not included in the price shown at checkout. We cannot estimate them for you, because they depend on your local rules.
Where we do not ship
We ship to the 27 EU member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States and Canada. We do not ship anywhere else, and we cannot ship to PO boxes, freight forwarders, or APO/FPO addresses.
