What we collect
- —Order data: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone, order contents. Kept 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires it.
- —Account data, if you make an account: email and a hashed password. Deleted on request.
- —Support correspondence: kept 3 years so we can honour a warranty claim.
- —Analytics: aggregate page counts only, with no cookie and no cross-site identifier.
What we do not do
- —We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone, for any purpose.
- —We do not run advertising pixels or third-party trackers on this site.
- —We do not email you unless you ask us to, or it is about an order you placed.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted, by emailing privacy@vistasupply.example. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch supervisory authority.
Chat assistant
This store runs an AI assistant. What you type into it is sent to our assistant provider to generate an answer, retained for 30 days for abuse prevention and quality, and then deleted. Do not enter payment card details or passwords into the chat — no member of staff and no assistant will ever ask you for them.
