Terms of service
The contract between you and Vista Supply Co. B.V. when you buy something.

These terms apply to every order placed through this store. They are governed by Dutch law, and nothing in them limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer in the EU.
Orders and pricing
- —An order is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when payment is taken.
- —Prices include VAT at the Dutch rate for EU consumers. Business customers with a valid VAT number outside the Netherlands are invoiced without VAT.
- —If a price is listed in obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel without charge.
- —We do not price-match, and we do not refund the difference if a price falls after you buy.
Payment
We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA direct debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. Payment is taken when the order is placed. Business orders over €5,000 can be invoiced on 30-day terms after a credit check.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order, except where Dutch law does not allow such a limit — notably in cases of death, personal injury or intent.
Disputes
Talk to us first: support@vistasupply.example. If we cannot resolve it, EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. The competent court is Rotterdam.
